1. Definitions and Interpretation

Applicable Laws: Any applicable statutes, laws, ordinances, orders, judgments, decrees, rules, or regulations issued by any government authority.
Available Balance: The amount of Prepaid Vouchers issued by us to you but which you have not yet spent or redeemed.
Business Day: A day (other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday) when commercial banks are open for ordinary banking business in the Cayman Islands.
Customer/User: Any person or business who wishes to receive Services from iCashIndia.com.
Force Majeure Event: Any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, riots, etc.
Governing Law: The laws of the Cayman Islands.
iCashIndia.com Prepaid Voucher: A virtual prepaid voucher that allows spending its value on Merchant websites.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may, in our sole discretion, update or amend these Terms from time to time. Please ensure you review the Terms regularly to understand the latest updates. If you do not accept these Terms, you may discontinue using the Services.

3. iCashIndia.com Prepaid Vouchers

You can purchase iCashIndia.com Prepaid Vouchers through our trusted resellers.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase the vouchers.
Your eligibility may depend on the country in which you reside.

4. Use of Services

We may refuse to authorize Transactions if we suspect fraud or unauthorized use.
You are responsible for resolving disputes with Merchants.
Service interruptions may occur for maintenance. Please contact us for assistance.

5. Important Information About Prepaid Vouchers

Each Prepaid Voucher has a unique 16-digit number and a one-year expiry date.
Vouchers are non-reloadable, meaning you must purchase a new one for subsequent use.
Do not use Vouchers on prohibited websites as per local laws.
